About Kirk

Meet Kirk, a charming black kitten who’s earned the title of little house panther. Named after Metallica’s iconic guitarist, Kirk Hammett, he’s the largest of his siblings, yet remains a shy and timid soul. Kirk takes his time to adjust to new environments, but once settled, his sweet and curious nature begins to shine. His favorite pastime is to sit with his paws crossed, quietly observing the hustle and bustle around him. He enjoys watching the dogs and cats on the other side of the baby gate, carefully determining what feels safe and intriguing. Kirk gets along well with adult cats and large dogs, given he’s introduced to them safely and gradually. A calm home without young children is essential for him, allowing the space and patience he needs to grow in confidence. He would thrive best if adopted with one of his brothers—James, Lars, or Cliff—as having them by his side will help him feel secure. While Kirk may be a bit shy at first, with time, love, and patience, he is sure to blossom into a delightful companion. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
