About Benito

Meet Benito, the delightful bunny-like cat! Rescued from the streets of North Philly, Benito is a striking fellow with a husky build and a poofy tail—thanks to his unique Manx heritage. Originally intended for trap-neuter-return, he quickly showed that he’s more than just a street cat; he's sweet and playful. Despite some initial concerns about urinary incontinence due to his distinct body, he’s been fully vetted and found to have no serious issues. Benito enjoys being scratched and petted along his head and back, though he’s a bit particular about his feet and belly being touched. His playful side shines as he joyfully chases toys, and he shows affection with charming trills and gently headbutting you. While he does display some nippy behavior when overstimulated or seeking attention, he has never hurt anyone. Now Benito is looking for his forever home, where he can cozy up by the window, watch birds, and enjoy soft toys. He’s ready to leave his street days behind and start a wonderful new chapter with you. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
