About Spaz

Meet Spaz, a young and lively male Pit Bull Terrier mix. At about a year old, he's a sweet boy with a lot of energy, weighing around 52 lbs. Spaz was found as a stray in the Wellsville area and brought to the pound. He’s eager to please but needs a patient family to help him learn basic manners and obedience. Spaz is clean in his kennel and does well in a crate, but he’s not thriving in the pound environment. He can be a bit selective with his dog friends, preferring female companions over males; meeting other dogs is a must. Spaz loves to play once he finds a buddy. If you’re looking for a furry friend to join your family, Spaz is waiting for you. The best way to adopt him is through our foster-to-adopt program, which gives you some time to see if he's a good fit. Please remember that adopting a pet is a commitment and our process requires an in-person visit to complete the paperwork. Come meet Spaz and see if he could be the perfect addition to your home! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
