Rocky has truly transformed since his challenging start. Rescued from a trash bag in a dumpster along with his siblings, he has been nurtured back to health with love and care. Rocky is now a happy, healthy puppy on the lookout for his forever home. A confident and curious little guy, he enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring his surroundings. His playful nature and sweet demeanor make him an ideal companion for any adventure. With the right mix of confidence and charisma, Rocky is ready to bring joy to your life. Currently in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, he can also be transported to several locations in the continental United States.
