Meet Princess, a lively young Maltese, who just arrived from a shelter where she was surrendered due to her owner's inability to care for her. At about one year old, she weighs a petite 11 lbs. Princess is sweet and friendly, quickly bonding with the other little dogs in her foster home. She's learning some manners from her foster siblings, who are helping her adjust. Princess loves to be close to you, often found sitting in your lap, soaking up affection. She gets along with older children (over 4 years) but may not be suitable for homes with very young ones. While she has experience around dogs, her cat compatibility is still unknown. House trained and microchipped, her spay is scheduled soon, after which she’ll be ready for her forever home.
