Nora's journey began as a stray, showing up with a wounded back, a heavily matted coat, severe infections, and signs of malnourishment. A compassionate family found her and sought help from Safe Haven, knowing she needed more care than they could provide. Since arriving at the shelter, Nora has started her healing process. Our team is treating her injuries, addressing her infections, and enhancing her nutrition. Though she is learning to trust humans again, brief glimpses of her inner beauty shine through. She is currently on medical hold to ensure she fully recovers before receiving vaccinations and being spayed. Despite her past struggles, Nora’s resilient spirit remains.
