Maki is the largest of her siblings and the only female in the group. This striking black kitten has a fabulous coat and uses her adorable eye-batting skills to charm everyone around her. Maki loves people, craves attention, and enjoys belly rubs, scratching posts, and every toy she can find. With her confident and affectionate demeanor, she knows how to keep her humans entertained and wrapped around her little paw. Maki, along with her siblings Wasabi and Nigiri, is a survivor. These three medium-haired black kittens faced tough beginnings after their mother was tragically struck by a car. A compassionate Good Samaritan brought them to safety just in time. They arrived in rescue underweight and dealing with respiratory infections, but thanks to their dedicated foster home, they are recovering nicely and receiving the love and care they deserve. Maki still has some growing and healing to do before she’s ready for her forever home, but she’s making great strides every day.
