Meet Frappuccino, or Chino for short! This sweet boy has a heart full of love and a tail that’s always wagging. At just 10 weeks old and about 10 lbs, he’s on track to be a small to medium-sized dog when fully grown. Chino enjoys playful moments, often chasing and wrestling with his foster sister.
