He’s curious and eager to learn, traits that will serve him well as he grows. Scout thrives around children and is very comfortable being held and handled. He gets along well with other dogs, demonstrating a sweet and social temperament mixed with the adventurous spirit characteristic of Aussies. To foster his development, Scout needs a family committed to providing him with mental stimulation and physical exercise—an active lifestyle is essential for this intelligent breed. Scout is scheduled for transport on August 28th, with drop-off points in Hagerstown, MD; Harrisburg, PA; Allentown, PA; Bedminster, NJ; Oakland, NJ; Rocky Hill, CT; Enfield, CT; Albany, NY; and Brattleboro, VT. He will come to you fully spayed, microchipped, and with current vaccinations for his age. Plus, you’ll receive a FREE GPS Tracker from Fi with a six-month subscription. Currently located at Rise & Shine Animal Rescue in Lucedale, MS, Scout is available for in-person adoption as well. If you choose transport, there is an additional fee of $185 over the adoption fee.
