Meet Roscoe, a remarkable boy who's overcome more challenges than most dogs ever face. For months, he was left outside with hardly enough food or water, slowly losing hope. Thankfully, Jackie and Frank opened their hearts and home to him, giving him a second chance when he needed it most. Despite everything he's been through, Roscoe continues to love people.
