About Roscoe

Meet Roscoe, a remarkable boy who's overcome more challenges than most dogs ever face. For months, he was left outside with hardly enough food or water, slowly losing hope. Thankfully, Jackie and Frank opened their hearts and home to him, giving him a second chance when he needed it most. Despite everything he's been through, Roscoe continues to love people. He gets along well with both dogs and kids, seeking companionship from those around him. We haven't tested him with cats yet, so we're still figuring out his preferences there. Roscoe is now ready to find his forever family. Are you the one to show him what true love and security feel like? We'd love for you to apply.
