About Benson

Meet Benson! Benson is a young Retriever/Hound mix who is curious and playful, still figuring out the world around him. Like any puppy, he's got plenty to learn, but he’s a smart boy working on his manners, including the command "drop it." Training will be vital as he grows, particularly since he has shown some guarding behaviors around items. For this reason, he’d thrive in a home without young children, ideally with someone experienced in training and comfortable setting clear boundaries. Still a puppy with much growing to do, Benson has all the potential to become a wonderful companion with the right guidance. The adoption fee is $450, which covers vaccination, neutering, microchipping, and monthly preventions. If you're interested in adopting, please submit an application on our website.
