Titan was rescued after he endured a tough beginning, found with a metal chain entangled in his neck. Now, he is a sweet, social boy who knows how to command a room with his large presence. Recently returned to the rescue after a brief stint in an adoptive home, it wasn’t Titan's behavior that led to this change; it was purely circumstantial.
