About Chia
Chia is one of the few black kittens at the rescue and is simply a joy to have around. At nearly three months old, she’s a quintessential lap cat and has a charming habit of wanting to be wherever you are, even if it means curling up on your head during sleep. This affectionate girl will do anything to get your attention and may even nuzzle into your hair if that’s what it takes. Born in care alongside her brother Oatie, Chia is not just adorable but also great with both dogs and cats. She would thrive in a home with a resident feline friend or could be adopted together with her brother. Her playful side comes out with toys and she loves burrowing under blankets or chasing balls around the house. Known for her sweet yet demanding nature, she can often be found at the stairs, letting everyone know it’s time for food or playtime. Chia is pre-adoptable, comes up to date on vaccines, and is FeLV/FIV negative. While she still needs to be spayed, she’s eager to find her forever home. If you’re located within 15 miles of Union County, you can apply to bring this little princess home. Think you are the one? Submit an application!
