About Milo
Milo is a 5-year-old, 70-pound cuddle bug who genuinely believes he's meant to be a lap dog. Despite his size, he adores snuggling up next to his person and sees his role as the ultimate companion. He loves to play, particularly with plush toys and balls, but nothing beats the joy he finds in being by your side. Around the house, he'll follow you as if he's your own little shadow, eager to join you on the couch or bed for cuddles whenever you slow down. Having lived harmoniously with five cats and enjoyed numerous playdates with dogs, Milo is well-socialized and adores people. Car rides are another highlight for him; he's ready to be your co-pilot for any adventure. Though Milo has a condition called Masticatory Muscle Myositis (MMM), with proper care, dogs with this immune-system condition can lead happy, fulfilling lives. Heโs more than his medical diagnosisโhe's a loving soul ready to bring joy to a forever family. As part of Abandoned Pet Rescue's Medical Adoption Program, his veterinary care will be covered for life. If you're searching for an affectionate companion who will stay by your side, Milo could be the perfect match for you. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
