Axel is a 65-pound love bug who couldn't escape the euthanasia list in New Mexico just because he had been in the shelter for too long. Fortunately, he found his way to us. This charming dog is great with other dogs, kids, and all humans. He dreams of lounging on a comfy couch or dog bed, soaking up attention. Though he does enjoy the occasional zoomie and loves to play with friends, he doesn’t require daily runs. Axel will gently hug you when he seeks more affection, making him an absolute sweetheart. He is potty trained, kennel trained, and pretty quiet. He is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines.
