Coco came to us as an owner surrender and needed some time to adjust. Once settled, his true nature emerged as a loyal and affectionate companion. He is currently learning to walk on a leash and has shown he can handle being around many people. Although Coco is cautious around young children, he does well with older kids. Ideally, he would thrive with a retired owner or someone who works from home. Traveling in the car is a breeze for him; he’s a little guy who just wants to be near you. Coco is being fostered with multiple dogs and coexists with them effortlessly. He balances a cheerful, happy-go-lucky temperament with a hint of the grumpy old man vibe. As long as he’s nearby, the happy-go-lucky side shines through. We estimate him to be between 4 and 7 years old and he weighs about 8 lbs.
