Meet Dakota, a 2-year-old Domestic Short Hair, who embodies friendliness and affection. After being left outside to fend for herself, she was rescued by the compassionate folks at Beltsville Community Cats (BCC). Since the rescue, Dakota has enjoyed cozy moments in a foster home, where she quickly adapted to pampering, including generous servings of cat food and plenty of naps. Dakota loves to be around people and shows her affection by rubbing against their legs. Once they settle down, she’s ready to hop onto their laps for a good pat and some purring. She's eager to share her love with a forever family and is all set for adoption, having been spayed, vaccinated, and house trained.
