Meet Dottie, a 1-year-and-5-month-old female mix of Blue Heeler and Border Collie. Rescued from the wild, she’s come a long way but continues to be quite shy and anxious. The wonderful staff at Rifle Animal Shelter are helping her build confidence, but she needs a patient and understanding adopter to guide her. She has shown promise in interacting with other dogs and is learning to be more social. Dottie will thrive in a calm environment where she can feel safe.
