Meet Tulip, a spirited 9-week-old female Rottweiler/Labrador mix weighing about 10 lbs. Rescued along with her siblings, she was found off Klutts Road in Rockwall County on August 16. Currently, Tulip is on stray hold while efforts are made to locate her original owners. Should she become available for adoption, you will need an approved application before scheduling a meet and greet. Keep in mind that all shelter animals must be spayed or neutered by the age of 12 weeks, and this policy is strictly enforced.
