Oliver is a 12-year-old Norwich Terrier/Yorkshire Terrier mix who found himself at Rescue Row after wandering the streets and being surrendered by his previous owners. When he arrived, Oliver struggled with a severe skin infection and ear infections, but after five months of care, he's a happy and healthy 16-pound companion ready for a forever home. This affectionate little guy loves to be near his people, showering them with kisses, and curling up in laps for cozy evenings. He gets along well with calm dogs and cats, is housebroken, and has great manners in the car and on leash. Oliver’s medical journey included a few challenges, but he’s ready to move on and enjoy life in a loving home. He requires prescription urinary food, and while he has no ongoing health issues now, small accommodations for his previous allergies are worth the joy he brings.
