Josie is a lovable, high-energy girl who thrives on fun and companionship. She gets along well with other dogs, particularly those around her size, as her enthusiasm can be overwhelming for smaller pups. Josie is learning to play thoughtfully with younger dogs and is making great progress. After a day of adventure, she enjoys cuddling up with her humans or canine friends. Josie is kennel trained and settles nicely when it’s time to rest. Although she tends to get car sick and isn’t fond of car rides, once she’s outside, she’s eager for her next adventure. She would flourish in an active, loving home that can match her spirited personality and provide plenty of playtime and affection. Currently, she’s in a foster home in Chattanooga, TN, and can be transported to many locations within the continental United States. Just a note—she cannot be adopted to residents of Massachusetts.
