About Kodiak

Meet Kodiak, an orange male kitten who has already shown remarkable resilience at a young age. Approximately 45 months old, he faced a harrowing start when he was found drowning in a backyard pool. After a significant recovery journey, he’s now ready to find the loving home he deserves, but he still carries some of that fight in him. Kodiak can be wary of new people and situations, needing a patient family that will allow him to gain confidence at his own pace. Once he feels secure, his sweet personality begins to shine. This little guy interacts well with other cats and dogs, and having a friendly animal nearby could help him feel more at ease. Given his history, a calm environment without young children would be ideal for him to thrive. Kodiak has received thorough medical care, including vaccinations and preventatives, and although he is not neutered yet, he has an appointment scheduled soon. An adoption fee of $140 will apply, with a contract to ensure he receives the love he needs. If you believe you’re the patient and caring family Kodiak is waiting for, reach out for more information. Let’s give this brave survivor the safe and loving home he’s been dreaming of.
