About Phoebe

Phoebe is a striking dog, both in appearance and personality. At four and a half years old, she weighs about 52 pounds and is an active companion who loves running with her foster mom. She adjusts well to apartment or condo living, making her a great fit for urban lifestyles. Phoebe is both potty trained and crate trained, and she gets along well with other dogs. However, she has a history of physical abuse which makes her cautious, particularly around men. It will take time and patience for Phoebe to build trust with male household members. She also tends to be wary of strangers, so a gentle and supportive environment is essential for her to feel secure. While Phoebe has extraordinary qualities, she is not suited for just anyone. She needs an experienced dog owner who understands that success with her requires dedication and resilience. If you're prepared to invest in her journey and provide the love she deserves, Phoebe could be your perfect match. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
