About Sequoia

Meet Sequoia, a petite pittie with a heart full of love and an amazing story. She narrowly escaped a shelter in Arkansas, where she was on the euthanasia list while pregnant. Our rescue stepped in just in time, and with a little luck, Sequoia gave birth to eight adorable puppies the very next day during transport to Minnesota. Now that her puppies are thriving, it’s time to discover the wonderful dog behind the 'Mama' role. Weighing around 30 pounds, Sequoia is a petite pit bull with a big personality. She is house-trained, knows commands like "sit" and "sit pretty," and gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, and kids. Sequoia has had a rough start but is learning to trust and love. Her foster family says best: "Someone just threw her away," but Sequoia is no one's trashβ€”she's a true treasure. She deserves a loving family that will cherish her forever. Applications for Sequoia are being accepted now! Her adoption fee is $400 plus MN tax, which covers her spay, vaccinations, microchip, and any medical care she received in rescue.
