Meet Cavalier, a lovely dog searching for a new home. She was living the good life in Scarville, IA, alongside her mother, Harley, and her brother until they faced a tragic loss. Cavalier is about 3 years old and is a friendly, medium-sized Pit Bull Terrier with a beautiful white and cream coat. She enjoys her freedom and has a knack for climbing over fences, but she walks well on a leash, making her easy to handle on walks. So far, she hasn’t shown much interest in cats, so it’s still a question mark there. Cavalier is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and is ready for adoption. All pets adopted through the Humane Society of Freeborn County come with up-to-date vaccinations and testing.
