Byrd is a small, male mixed breed who takes a moment to settle in. He can be a bit nervous in his kennel, but once outside, he shakes off those jitters. He enjoyed exploring the yard and was quick to join me for some affection on a bench. When I invited him onto my lap, he happily accepted and stayed there, clearly content. Byrd walks well on a leash and seems comfortable with his surroundings, especially when he has a companion by his side. Living in Athens, GA, Byrd is hoping to find a loving home.
