Peppy is a charming 1-year-old, 3-pound teacup Poodle, who brings so much joy to those around him. This playful little guy loves being held when it's time to sleep, and his coal-black, curly coat makes him incredibly adorable. People often do a double-take at how tiny he is! Peppy has a delightful personality and gets along well with both dogs and cats. He has been neutered, is heartworm and 4DX tested negative, and is current on all vaccines, along with being on flea preventive.
