About Moana

Meet Moana. Moana is a large mixed-breed dog who forms strong, meaningful connections with those she trusts. With her caregivers, she's affectionate and enjoys both playing with toys and relaxing after a good walk. While she may be cautious around new people, a slow introduction helps her feel more comfortable. Moana walks well on a leash, is crate trained, and appears to be house-trained. Previously, she has lived with cats and does well with calm dogs. Because of her sensitivity to new situations, Moana is better suited for an adult-only home without children under 12. A calm environment filled with routine and consistency will be ideal for her as she continues to build confidence. Moana is looking for an adopter who can provide structure and enrichment in a safe space where she can truly thrive. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
