Meet Jeff. He was discovered at a trailer park along with his siblings and cousins, all of whom faced a grim fate. Tragically, all nine kittens tested positive for panleuk, a severe illness detrimental to kittens and unvaccinated adults. Fortunately, Jeff and his older brothers were neutered quickly, which bolstered their chances of survival. While he was isolated from the rest, Jeff received the care he needed, including medications and hydration. Out of nine, only Jeff and his cousin Bermuda emerged positive from this ordeal. After weeks in quarantine, they passed their fevers and began eating normally. With additional monitoring, they are now in perfect health and ready for their forever home.
