Rigby made his way to NCCR on August 15, 2026, after being transferred from a crowded shelter. He’s an approximately 4-year-old neutered male with a blend of small breed terrier and Border Collie. Weighing in at just 23 lbs, he’s small but has a lively spirit. Rigby warms up to people slowly due to his shyness, but he’s incredibly good-natured once he feels comfortable. He has passed tests showing he gets along well with both dogs and cats. If you’re considering adoption, Rigby is available for the popular Slumber Party program, allowing approved applicants to take him home for up to two weeks to see how he fits into their life.
