Niko is a charming pocket-sized yellow lab mix who weighs in at 37 pounds. This sweet boy initially came to us feeling quite stressed, but he’s gradually learning to relax and finds comfort in human companionship. He enjoys the company of other dogs, having previously lived with a chihuahua, and would thrive in a patient environment where he can decompress. His ideal home includes a person or family who can spend plenty of time with him and help him adjust to being alone, slowly but surely.
