Dottie has shown curiosity towards her foster mom's dogs and kitties, and all interactions so far have been positive; she is ready to make new friends. Dottie would thrive in a home with caring people who can support her during her transition period. She's spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and has been treated for worms and fleas.
