Meet Tootsie, a sweet approximately 9-month-old tortoiseshell girl who absolutely thrives on attention. She adores being petted and loves soaking up affection from her people. Tootsie’s playful and loving nature makes her a joy to have around. A special note about Tootsie: she needs a kitty friend in her forever home. Luckily, she has a very special best friend named Boris. These two are best friends, and they share a bond that’s hard to break. We’d love to see them adopted together, offering double the love, fun, and purring to their future family.
