This young lady weighs about 47 lbs and was born on September 19, 2024. Emery is not just adorable but full of personality. She loves to dress up, and this past Halloween, she rocked both a vampire and a witch costume—talk about versatility! During outings with her foster, volunteers noticed how gently she accepts treats and how her calm demeanor shines when she’s with people she trusts. Plus, she’s a fan of car rides and behaves well in the vehicle. Living with other dogs in her foster home, Emery enjoys playtime but also requires regular outdoor exercise. Given her energetic spirit, she would thrive as a hiking or running companion. While she sometimes feels cautious around men, patience will help her adjust. Emery was rescued from an overcrowded shelter, where she was facing euthanasia despite her youth and health. Fortunately, she’s now fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. Overall, she is kennel and potty trained, and while she plays well with other dogs, she isn’t suited for homes with cats.
