With a soft white coat, gentle eyes, and a cute black nose, it’s hard not to see the angelic quality he possesses. He’s incredibly sensitive and emotionally in tune, always wanting to be close to his people—lovingly known as our Velcro Sensitive Boy. Bernie is affectionate, loves cuddling, and enjoys being tucked up next to someone. After his life on Skid Row, where he struggled just to survive, Bernie is mellow and seeks a real home for the first time. His personality shines through as he interacts wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and is even good with cats. His low to medium energy level doesn't stop him from showcasing his playful side, bouncing around to make you smile. Bernie is currently with our in-house trainer, who has evaluated his wonderful temperament. He’s fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and ready for his new chapter. All he needs now is a loving family of his own where he can curl up beside you and find comfort in your presence.
