Cashew is looking for a loving home alongside his brother, Peanut. These bonded boys are inseparable and thrive when together. While Peanut is the smaller and braver of the two, Cashew tends to be a bit more timid, always following his little brother’s lead. After arriving at the shelter somewhat undersocialized, they spent time in a foster home, learning to appreciate human company and to relax. Though still shy, both have made great progress and would flourish in a calm environment with patient adopters. They enjoy playing with each other and have a newfound love for gentle petting, though they can be hand-shy initially. Their soft fur is just one of the many charms they bring. Cashew and Peanut are available for pre-adoption, ready to find a forever home after their neuter surgery. Since they are a bonded pair, their adoption fee is a two-for-one deal.
