Bennie had a rough start, found with a piece of garden tile around his neck in Jones County. Thankfully, a kind rescuer contacted Critter Crusaders for help, and Bennie was sedated to remove the tile, during which he was also neutered. Currently, he’s being assessed by SAINT to see if he’s ready for an indoor life or if he needs to be relocated. He will do best in an indoor home unless he becomes part of our barn cat program. Adoption is limited to residents within approximately 45 minutes of Cedar Rapids, IA, and we’re only able to facilitate Iowa adoptions for now.
