About First Mate
Meet First Mate, also known as Mango. This charming young male orange tabby and white kitty is about a year old and has a delightful medium coat. First Mate was adopted as a kitten alongside his brother, Keel, but they've found themselves back in rescue due to their previous owners' financial difficulties. It's important to note that these two are a package deal and must be adopted together. First Mate is known for being incredibly friendly, sweet, and sociable. He loves following his people around the house, always eager for some affection. Playtime is a blast with him; he's an impressive jumper and enjoys showing off his agility while chasing toys. When he’s not on the go, you’ll find him lounging in cozy spots around the house, soaking up the sun. He appreciates regular brushings to keep his coat fluffy and beautiful. Although he hasn’t interacted much with dogs or other cats, he does get along wonderfully with small children. First Mate is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped.
