Meet Doc Watson, a charming 5-year-old staffy mix residing in Candler, NC. This affectionate fellow is known for being super snuggly; he loves to curl up into a cozy croissant shape and will happily sleep under the covers next to you. Most of the time, he is relaxed and listens well. Doc is crate-trained and knows how to get in his crate when prompted. While he’s not an alpha dog, he responds well to confident humans. He has a delightful way of expressing himself, often singing a little song if he feels sad or wants to be let out of his crate. Doc has gently cohabited with cats, proving to be a friendly companion. However, he can be an escape artist, so a tall privacy fence is a must. He might chew on shoes if left unattended, and although he can be left out of his crate for a few hours, he thrives best in an environment where he’s engaged.
