About Atlas Wyatt
Meet Atlas Wyatt, a charming mix of Labrador Retriever and Pit Bull Terrier. Don’t let that serious face mislead you; underneath is a soft-hearted companion ready to share his love! Atlas, born around September 2024, weighs approximately 60 pounds and has a sturdy, athletic build with a beautiful short coat. He can be a bit shy at first, so patience is key. Once he’s comfortable, his affectionate nature shines through, especially during cuddles and playtime. One of his favorite moments happened when he eagerly showered one of his caregivers, Haylie, with kisses while his tail wagged in delight. Atlas has moderate energy levels and requires regular exercise and mental stimulation to stay happy. Currently, he lives outdoors but has been learning house manners and will need some guidance in adjusting to home life. He's friendly with other dogs but would thrive best in a home without cats. While he hasn’t had much experience with kids, we think he could do well with older, considerate children who know how to interact with dogs. What Atlas really craves is a supportive family that sees beyond his reserved demeanor and offers him time to blossom. If you’re ready for a loving companion who takes a little time to warm up, Atlas may just steal your heart. Transportation options are available, and he is currently located in Farmington, MO. The adoption fee is waived for interested adopters requiring transport. Take the time to get to know Atlas; he’s waiting to give you his heart! Click apply to start the adoption process.
