Bob, short for BobCat, arrived at MARS in November 2025 looking scruffy and unsure, much like the wildcat for which he was named. With support from a loving foster home, he has made incredible progress. Now a 16-pound house cat, Bob is fully litter box trained, loves soft beds and treats, and even responds to his name. This gentle, observant, and curious cat enjoys the company of other felines but must be housed with fellow FeLV+ cats. He can also coexist with dogs, provided they have the right personality for him, along with gradual introductions. After months of learning what safety and care feel like, Bob is eager to find a forever home where he can continue to thrive.
