Sylvie is a charming little pup who has won hearts during her time with us at the rescue. This 5-year-old Miniature Poodle and Maltese mix was returned due to her family's financial struggles and their move to a new apartment. It's clear she was well-loved and is adjusting well to her new surroundings. Though a bit nervous at first, Sylvie quickly settled in and shows her friendly nature. She’s fully potty trained and manages her crate like a pro, sleeping soundly through the night without any fuss. When left in the house, she respects her space and doesn't get into things, making her a delightful companion. Sylvie enjoys car rides, especially when she can cuddle on a lap. She’s great on a leash, sticking close without pulling. While she's getting used to being around other dogs, she does appreciate a calm environment, ideally with older kids due to her slight nervousness. This lovely girl would thrive in a home where someone is home often, and while she’s learning to play with toys, her gentle spirit makes her a joy to be around.
