Meet Mars! This wonderful 15-month-old yellow Labrador Retriever found his way to a local shelter as a stray and is seeking a forever family. Sadly, he didn’t have a microchip, and no one came to look for him, leaving us puzzled as to why. Mars, weighing in at 60 pounds, is both dog and people friendly, making him a joy to be around. He thrives in social settings like dog parks and loves activities such as walks, fetch, and even outings to the store. Mars is housebroken, crate trained, and knows the basics but could benefit from some leash training since he tends to pull a bit. His curious nature means he’s better off without access to counters for now. Mars is eager to join an active family ready for adventures and a lifetime of love.
