Marten and his siblings were rescued after spending their early days in a bathroom, leading a sheltered and fearful life. They came to the shelter unsure of how to act like dogs. Now, in foster care, they’ve been discovering the joys of leashes, doors, and outdoor play. They’re getting used to the comfort of treats, toys, and cozy beds while learning what it means to be loved. With plenty of positive interactions with kids, cats, and other dogs, Marten is ready for a home where he can thrive as part of a family.
