Rocky’s Second Chance! Rocky is a handsome five-year-old, nearly 70-pound Pit Bull who recently found himself in the shelter after being surrendered by his owner along with his brother. After experiencing a home life, the shift to shelter living has been tough for him. In his previous home, Rocky lived with both dogs and cats. He enjoys playful interactions with cats and may chase them, though his intentions are friendly. He also has lived with children and was reported to do well with them. However, since arriving at the shelter, Rocky hasn't yet met any other dogs or kids, so future introductions should be handled slowly and under supervision. Rocky is strong and requires a confident handler to help him develop good leash manners. He’s already working on his walking skills, and with patience and guidance, he has great potential to become a loyal companion.
