Meet Levi, a 2-year-old mixed breed who’s ready for a new chapter in life. Having come to Humane Animal Partners when his previous owners had to move, Levi found shelter life overwhelming at first. But he’s a friendly dog, and once he was moved to a quieter space, his true personality began to shine. Volunteers have described his time out of the kennel as transformative; he’s calm and affectionate, enjoying both outdoor adventures and cozy indoor snuggles. Levi has a zest for life and loves to explore the great outdoors, showcasing his playful side. He enjoys walks and has even found joy in rolling on the grass, as his volunteers have reported. While he's a bit of a squirrel chaser, he’s easily redirected when you tell him to leave it. His lovely disposition comes with a sprinkle of playfulness, and he’s shown that he enjoys toys and cuddle sessions equally. Levi is not suited for homes with other dogs and would thrive best in a single dog household. He’s neutered and up to date on vaccinations, and though he’s ready for his forever home, an experienced adopter would enrich his life even further. This sweet boy needs someone to help him adjust to the new environment without overwhelming him.
