Meet Victoria! Victoria is a 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who came to us as an owner surrender after her previous owner could no longer provide the care she needed. Before joining the Humane Society, she had never walked on a leash. Now, Victoria is quickly learning to walk comfortably alongside her person. She knows how to sit but chooses when to show off this skill. Treat time is her favorite; she takes treats gently and loves resting her head on your leg or in your hands. When meeting new people, Victoria can be a bit shy. A gentle, slow approach helps her relax and allows her to reveal her sweet personality. Once she feels secure, she will become your best friend.
