Leggs is a 32-pound, 1-year-old pup who’s making strides in his new life. Initially timid from his time as a feral dog, he’s blossomed into a loving companion in a nurturing home. Leggs thrives on cuddles, often wrapping himself in blankets with his soft toys. He’s not only intelligent but also excels on a leash and is gentle with children and other dogs, including seniors. Crate trained and potty trained, he communicates his needs well. Leggs enjoys trips to the park and pet-friendly stores and is currently mastering basic obedience and threshold training. He'd do best in a home that understands his need to decompress initially. While he is a loyal and intuitive friend once settled in, he’s not a fan of cats, so a kitty-free home is essential.
