Ms. Teri is house trained, spayed, and her vaccinations are up to date. Currently residing in Key West, FL, she is ready to find her forever home.

About Ms. Teri

Ms. Teri has been waiting for over 900 days, and with each passing moment, her face grows greyer. At 11.5 years old, it's tough to see a senior dog like Ms. Teri overlooked. Despite the time she's spent waiting, her spirit remains unbroken and full of love. She thrives on training, working with the FKSPCA to tackle her reactivity, and just 10 minutes of practice a day has made a world of difference. This training provides her with comfort and has become a joy for her. Ms. Teri has shown that she can live peacefully alongside small animals since she's ignored both cats and critters in her space. Though she’s not quite ready to mingle with other dogs, she can manage calm interactions from a distance and might welcome a walking buddy in the future. This affectionate girl loves cuddling and is happiest right in your lap. Ms. Teri is eager to please, which has made her training a breeze. Thanks to her foster mom, kennel staff, and the love she's received, she's more well-behaved than many dogs you'll encounter. She adores car rides, long walks, and is ready for adventure.
