Meet Hila! Hila is a 7-month-old puppy with a bright future. Despite her challenging past, she brims with love and energetic curiosity. Her unique mix likely includes Lab, Great Pyrenees, and Great Dane, but the rest is a fun mystery. Originally, Hila came to us after her family made the responsible choice to surrender her. Like many young dogs, she found excitement in chasing chickens and her family felt they couldn't give her the training required to manage that behavior. She was later adopted but returned due to her penchant for digging and jumping fences, which had raised concerns in the neighborhood. Still, she’s just a big puppy exploring the world. Hila may be shy initially but warms up quickly to friendly faces. She has experience living with children and other dogs, thriving in the company of both, and would benefit from having another canine buddy to show her the way. Due to her previous experience, she will need a home without chickens or small animals. Her new family should be prepared for a pup needing patience and consistent training.
